Florida Retirement Group uses SMS text messaging strictly for one‑to‑one, person‑to‑person communication between clients or prospective clients and a specifically assigned employee of Florida Retirement Group.

SMS messaging is used only for:

  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Scheduling or confirming appointments
  • Providing requested information related to retirement planning services
  • Ongoing client service communications

🚫 We do not use SMS for mass messaging, automated notifications, marketing campaigns, or promotional broadcasts.


2. SMS Consent

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and initiating or continuing communication with us via SMS, you consent to receive individual, manual text messages from a Florida Retirement Group employee.

  • Message frequency varies based on conversation needs
  • Message and data rates may apply

3. Opt‑Out & Support

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re‑initiate contact.

4. Employee‑Assigned Numbers

Each SMS‑enabled phone number used by Florida Retirement Group is:

  • Assigned to a specific employee
  • Used only for direct, individual conversations
  • Not shared, pooled, or used for automated systems

Your personal information, including your mobile phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. No Automated or API Messaging

Florida Retirement Group does not use:

  • Automated SMS systems
  • Bots or autoresponders
  • API‑driven or bulk messaging tools

All SMS messages are manually sent by an assigned employee using Microsoft Teams Voice.


7. Limitation of Liability

SMS communications are provided as a convenience. Florida Retirement Group is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to carrier or network issues.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
