President, Financial Advisor

Haitham graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Brevard College in North Carolina in 2005. Haitham began his career in the insurance and financial services industry as an Insurance Advisor with Bankers Life & Casualty in Central Florida. During his tenure there, Haitham maintained lead positions in sales, while managing a strong team of up to forty agents.

Haitham continued his focus on financial planning when he joined Futurity First in August 2013 as the Associate Managing Director. Working with his agents at Futurity First, Haitham was able to develop and maintain multiple carrier relationships with top insurance companies, enabling him to provide his clients with outstanding products and services.

In 2017, Haitham created Florida Retirement Group, an independent insurance agency that aims to help eliminate the complexity around health insurance and insurance-based investments.

In addition to being a licensed insurance advisor, Haitham also holds a Series 7 License, 214 Insurance License, and is a CLTC (Certified Long Term Care) Specialist.

Haitham enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his wife Priya and their two sons, Zain and Naveen.
